Why should I become a registered user?
You won't have to re-enter your credit card, shipping or billing information; when you place an order they will be filled in automatically. You can save multiple shipping addresses for gifts, access your wish list, save your payment information, track your orders quickly, and manage your e-mail preferences.
Why did you call or e-mail me to verify my order?
For your own security and protection, if our fraud department suspects any unusual activity regarding your order, we will call or e-mail you to verify your information.
How do I know that my order has been shipped?
You will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail once the order has been shipped. Once you receive your confirmation you will be able to click the tracking number to see the status or your delivery.
How do I change or cancel an order?
If for any reason you would like to change your order, please contact customer service as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. Keep in mind our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process. No. We collect VAT depending on local rates, which apply to country of destination.
Is ordering over the internet secure?
Yes. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption is used for every transaction in order to ensure that your order is secure. SSL encrypts the transmissions from our ecommerce servers as well as your computer. SSL encryption works by forming a matched pair with the transmission from your computer transmission and our server, so that only data to and from these sources can be valid.

What's the difference between "Order Date" and "Ship Date"?
Order date is the day you made your purchase. Ship date is the day your item is shipped to you from our warehouse.
RETURN/EXCHANGE QUESTIONS
What is your return/exchange policy?

True Religion gladly accepts the return of merchandise in its original condition (unworn, unwashed with tags attached) or defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Swimwear and intimate apparel are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. This does not affect your statutory rights. Return of any items purchased on eu.truereligion.com are also subject to the Right of Withdrawal.

Returning an Online Purchase

Step 1: Invoice
Locate your invoice in your box and ensure that it matches the product you are returning by comparing the sku number to the invoice for each item being returned.

Step 2: Pack and seal your box securely in the original package if possible.
Products must be returned in the original packaging. The original packaging contains a bar code that helps us identify your items with your order so we can credit your account successfully. If a circumstance arises and you do not have the original packaging, which includes the bar code, please print out your order confirmation email and include it in your shipping box.

Step 3: Shipping Box
Pack and seal your box securely, in the original package if possible. If you do not have the original box you can use any plain, unmarked cardboard box to ship your return. Remove any existing shipping labels, stickers, or other materials from the shipping box.

Please use the prepaid pre-addressed return label on your packing slip and attach it to the shipping box. If you have lost your shipping label, please reach out to cs@europe.truereligion.com for additional help or click here for all contact information. We will gladly send you a new label to print out. If using your own label please ensure it is a method of shipment that can be tracked.

If using our return label you will need to take it to your closest Royal Mail facility to ship back.

Once your package has been received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 14 business days.  If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. I bought your product on eBay, is it authentic?
We have been getting hundreds of complaints from customers who have purchased on eBay (or other auction/web sites) in regards to counterfeit products. To be sure that you're not buying a counterfeit product, we suggest you shop on our website or from one of our authorized retailers. Why can't I select the color/size combination I want?
It's possible that the item is no longer in stock or sold out. You can contact customer support to help locate the item for you at a local True Religion store. Click here to be redirected to customer support's contact information.

Is my personal and credit card information safe on your website?
Yes. We've taken several steps to ensure all information received from our online visitors is secure from unauthorized access and use. All transactions are completed on a secure server. In secure mode, your computer and our server send data back and forth in an encrypted format.
How do I order a replacement button?
You can request replacement hardware by reaching out to CustomerSupport@truereligion.com. Please include the style or sku number, color, and name of style if possible. If you do not have the information needed you can attach a picture of the front and back of the product to the e-mail.
COUNTERFEITING QUESTIONS
Someone is selling True Religion Brand Jeans jeans on eBay. Are they authentic?
Please note that none of our authorized retailers are permitted to sell True Religion Brand Jeans jeans on eBay or other auction sites. The only way to guarantee that you are purchasing authentic True Religion Brand Jeans jeans is to buy them from one of our locations or authorized retailers.
What if the online seller says the True Religion Brand Jeans jeans are New With Tags (NWT)? Does that mean that they are authentic?
No. Counterfeiters have studied authentic True Religion Brand Jeans jeans and are capable of copying the look of most of our labels and tags (although they are much lower quality). Almost all counterfeit jeans sold on eBay and other auction sites are advertised as New With Tags, but this means nothing because the tags often are counterfeit.
Someone in my area is having a Jean Party at their house. Are the jeans authentic?
Probably not. None of our authorized retailers are permitted to sell authentic True Religion Brand Jeans at jean parties. It is highly probable that the jeans are counterfeit if an individual has five or more pairs to sell.

Can I take my items to a local store to verify authenticity?
True Religion store personnel are not allowed to verify authenticity of product purchased outside of a True Religion location.
