Quickly Fulfillment House SA ("Quickly"), whose registered offices are located in Via Cantonale 19, 6900 Lugano, Switzerland, is the merchant of this website (the "Site") and operates it pursuant to contractual agreements with True Religion Brand Jeans EMEA Sagl ("True Religion").

As between Quickly and True Religion, True Religion is responsible for the design and manufacturing of the products, and Quickly is the merchant of record for the Site, and is responsible for payment processing, fulfilment, customer service, and returns related to any products purchased on the Site. Quickly and True Religion are not affiliates of one another and have no relationship with one another other than through these agreements. Nevertheless, Quickly and True Religion may be collectively referred to in this Privacy policy as the "Company", "we" or "us".

The Site is dedicated to electronic sales and is managed by True Religion and Quickly, as autonomous Data Controllers. Contact details for the respective data protection representatives are set out at the end of this Privacy Policy.

Art. 1 - Purposes for Processing of Personal Data

Art.2 - Sharing your personal data

We may share your personal data with our affiliates including True Religion Brand Jeans U.K. Limited and True Religion Apparel, Inc. for purposes of Customer Relationship Management, Site management and analytics.

We may use trusted third parties to provide us with services (e.g., technical support for the Site, fulfilment of your order, payment processing, and support services) who may have access to your personal data. All service providers are permitted to use data only for the purpose of performing services on our behalf.

We may share your personal data as required by law to protect our rights and property, or the rights, property or safety of others, including to advisers, law enforcement agencies, judicial and regulatory authorities. Additionally, personal data may be disclosed to third parties in the event we sell our business or assets, in which case the information may be disclosed to the prospective buyer of such business or assets.

Art.3 – International transfers of your personal data

Some of the recipients as described in Art.2 above are located in countries outside of the European Economic Area (“EEA”) and Switzerland including in the U.S., and which are not considered by the European Commission to provide an adequate level of data protection. Where we transfer your personal data to such recipients, we will enter into an EU-style data transfer agreement with the recipient or seek assurances from the recipient that they are EU-U.S. Privacy Shield certified or have Binding Corporate Rules in place. Art.4 – Security and retention of your personal data

We maintain appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to your personal data.

However, we can guarantee the safety of personal data sent over the Internet. We therefore, do not recommend you send any sensitive information, such as passwords or credit card information, via email. Where we have given you (or where you have selected) a password which enables you to access certain parts of the Site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential.

We will retain your personal data as necessary for the provision of the services, internal analytical purposes, or to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements (e.g. settlement). The criteria used to determine the retention periods include:

Art. 5- Collection of personal data

Information that you give us: we collect your personal data when you fill in forms on the Site for transactional or other purposes, when you register as a customer on the Site or buy merchandise from us, when you subscribe to receive marketing, and when you voluntarily complete surveys for research purposes. Some of the personal data are mandatory e.g., for the purpose of registration to the Site or for completion of a transaction. As such, if you withhold requested information, we may not be able to provide certain services to you.

Information we collect about you: we automatically collect basic technical information from all visitors to the Site through our automatic data collection tools, which may include cookies and other commonly used technologies (see our Cookies Policy).

This Privacy Policy may be amended from time to time. We recommend that you periodically review this Privacy Policy when you access your account to stay informed. 

Art. 7 – Your Privacy rights

If certain requirements are fulfilled, you have the right to:

  • request access to personal data we hold about you;
  • the correction of your personal data when incorrect, out of date or incomplete;
  • request that we erase your personal data;
  • opt out of any marketing communications that we may send you and to object to us using / holding your personal data if we have no legitimate reasons to do so;
  • request that we restrict the processing of your personal data – i.e., we would need to secure and retain the data for your benefit but not otherwise use it; 
  • withdraw your consent at any time; and
  • portability of personal data – i.e., ask for a copy of your personal data to be provided to you, or a third party, in a digital format.

All such requests should be  made to either Quickly or True Religion Privacy Office using the contact details below. Please be advised that if you request that your personal data be deleted, you may no longer be able to access or use certain parts of the Site. By accessing your personal account on the Site, you may at any time modify or delete personal details such as name, surname, address, country of residence, and credit card details. You may also delete your personal account at any time.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint about the processing of your personal data with the Information Commissioner in the UK (www.ico.org.uk).
